Accessing the portal
Users will not be able to log into the new portal until they have validated their account and created a password.
All pre-approved users will receive an email asking them to create their password and validate their account. Please check your spam/junk mail for the validation email.

Fuel Vouchers requested will be issued the following working day. Please not our working days are Monday to Friday.
Please advise your customers of the expected timescales as it can take up to 24 hours for a voucher to be issued.
Information on the status of a voucher can be found on the portal in the 'admin' function.
Please allow 24 hours from the voucher being issued for the information to be updated.
